At BERTSCHAT®, time never stands still and we are always in motion to bring new innovative products to the market or to improve our current editions. Last week focused on one of the deliveries of our new stock. The powerful 3,800 mAh batteries have been eagerly ordered in recent weeks, and Friday finally marked the moment: the new 3,800 mAh batteries are back in town.

Preparation for the winter season
Recently, we noticed that many people are already preparing for winter by purchasing heated products. Therefore, we are particularly pleased that on Friday we were able to ship nearly all outstanding orders, allowing our customers to receive their orders around the weekend of October 12. 

The first parcel
We see our customers as our most important brand ambassadors. For this reason, we quickly organized a campaign to deliver the first 3,800 mAh Battery Pack, along with the heated gloves, to an ambassador. In a time when customer satisfaction and contact are often cut back, appointments mostly take place online, online shopping is the norm, and fewer people go to the office, we at BERTSCHAT® believe in the power of personal contact and personal relationships, especially with our ambassadors. This is a token of appreciation we are happy to give back to our ambassadors. And a personal delivery is a perfect way to do just that.

Delivery Day
